RETURN POLICY

Our return policy settles for 14 days. If it's been 14 days since your purchase was delivered, we're sorry, but we can't offer you a refund or exchange. In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In order for the refund to be valid, your item must be unused and in the original condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns/exchanges for items purchased on sale, at a discounted price or with a coupon.

Cancellation/Change of Order: If you wish to cancel/change your order, you have 12 hours to do so. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately by email at  support@bynovasandals.com or through the contact page. After 12 hours, we cannot cancel your order as it has already been shipped.

Refunds for canceled orders will take 1-5 business days, depending on your payment method. PayPal refunds are instant, while credit/debit card refunds can take a little longer. We are not responsible for errors in the shipping address.

Returns/Cancelled Order Return: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at support@bynovasandals.com within 14 days of receiving the product, with photos of the damaged items. After receiving the damaged item, we will send you a replacement product if available. If a replacement product is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of the item. Please contact support@bynovasandals.com so we can provide you with our return address. After inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 1-5 business days. You can also choose store credit if you wish, your choice.
